Norwegian Explorers Oslo Half Day Tour.

In this excursion you will experience Norway as maritime nation and discover some of the greatest Norwegian explorers and adventurers of all time. With private transportation we will drive from the city centre to the beautiful Bygdøy peninsula, where we will visit three museums dedicated to Norway as a seafaring nation. At the end of the Peninsula we will visit three museums: the Kon-Tiki museum, where you will see the original Kon-Tiki raft used for the Kon-Tiki expedition in 1947, one of the greatest adventures of the XXth century. Then the Fram museum, where the Fram, the world's strongest wooden ship is displayed, and hear about the incredible adventures of Fridtjof Nansen, Otto Sverdrup and Roald Amundsen. And finally the Maritime museum, a museum, with a large exhibition dedicated to Norway as a seafaring Nation
