Delft and The Hague, see The Girl with the Pearl.

We'll drive to The Hague, the real capital of the Netherlands. This elegant green city by the sea, which calls itself "City of Peace and Justice" is the seat of the various international courts, houses of Parliament and the King's Palace. After a stop for coffee or a taste of real Dutch herring, we'll park the car and walk into the Mauritshuis Museum for a guided tour. It houses around 400 17th century paintings, among which Rembrandt's "Anatomy lesson of Dr. Tulp", various works from Rubens, Hals, Steen and Vermeer's "Girl with Pearl Earring" We'll combine this tour with a visit to the Panorama Mesdag, the biggest painting in The Netherlands. In the afternoon we'll visit the charming town Delft with its huge church and visit the factory of the famous Delft Blue Pottery.
