Dutch silver, glass, delftware and/or cheese and stroopwafel tour with your own art historian and TBL's no 1 guide in the Netherlands

Schoonhoven is known as the Silver City in the Netherlands. Since the 1600s, silver and gold smiths have been working here. Schoonhoven is the host of the International Silver School and "Het Nederlands Zilvermuseum" (the Dutch Silver Museum) where I can guide you (I'm an art historian). Leerdam is the Glass City in the Netherlands. We can visit the Glass Museum, see a glass-blowing demonstration and try typical Leerdam Cheese. And we can go to Gouda, the birthplace of the stroopwafel. Here, we can taste Gouda cheese and see the unique renaissance stain-glass windows in the St. John church. And/or go to Delft: the Royal Delft factory is the only still existing place where they still make handmade and handpainted delftware (since 1653).
