Fez Food Tasting Tour

We will start our tour from your hotel or Riad to explore the mysterious Medina of Fes from one gate and end by another. Our walk will be the opportunity for us together to live the experience of tasting variety of street food: some Moroccan pancake known by "Baghrir" and" Mlawi" made from a dough of flower to "Harsha" a kind of crepe made from semolina. Of course as going down through the narrow alleys we will be attracted by the sweet pastries that go with Moroccan mint tea and should not be missed, as well as the food like the famous" Bissara" which is known as beans' soup with garlic and olive oil, olives, goat cheese and a lot of other Moroccan specialties. In general this tour is combined with more than 7 taste stops that characterize our local cuisine and give you an idea of the culinary history of Fes with the respect of your desire of tasting.
