Uxmal, Your Way.

The tour's starting point is your lodging in Merida, when I pick you up in my SUV. We will embark into a bit of a drive towards the south of Merida. Arriving to Uxmal, I will guide you into this amazing culture and we will discover the mayan history through every ancient building. Then you can choose 2 of this activities: • Cenote • Yucatecan hacienda, characterized by its architecture and colonial style. • Ancient Encounter, a group of women will welcome us into their home and invite us seasonal fruits and juice, show us how to prepare typical spices, a pumpkin seed dip and we will take part in the activities so this is your chance to learn to make tortillas! We will have lunch here, "Pollo pibil". • Visit the workshop of the artisan Patricia Martin Morales, renowned artist and replicator of pre-Hispanic art. • Museo del Chocolate, an eco-park with culture, vegetation of the region, perfect for understanding the relationship of cocoa with the Mayan culture. • Kabah or Labna archeological sites.
