Tour of Wineries and Dolores Hidalgo

The wine industry is growing fast in this region of Mexico. In this tour we'll be visiting 2 of the best wineries in San Miguel area, we'll learn about the process to make the wines, we'll see the vineyards, and the cellar where the wines are aged, and will have a tasting of some of the best wines they produce. First, we visit the town of Dolores Hidalgo, where the war for Mexican Independence started in 1810. We'll see the beautiful church, the nice square and the local market. After this, we'll drive to the winery Cuna de Tierra, that has some of the bests wines in the region, in this beautiful place with an interesting architectural design, we'll taste 4 different glasses of their premium wines. Our last stop will be at the winery Tres Raíces, where we'll have a tree-course lunch, with 3 different glasses of wine. We can explore the vineyards, take a picture at the pond and go to the gazebo that has a great view of the country area. Then we drive back to San Miguel.
