Pink Lakes Yucatan Las Coloradas & Rio Lagartos Full Day Adventure

We'll start our adventure at the town of Las Coloradas, I honestly love the beautiful landscapes of the pink lakes and the salt flats. Here, I will tell you about the process and the harvest of salt, to continue our adventure at Rio Lagartos, a picturesque fishing port located on the coast of the Gulf of Mexico where we'll board a boat to take us through the mangroves of the Ria, we will have the sighting of Flamingos, eagles, pelicans, herons, crocodiles and more fauna around. The most fun part is where we'll reach a point of the river where we jump overboard to take the famous mayan bath, filling our entire body with a mud mask full of minerals as the ancient Mayans did, then diving directly into a beautiful beach where we'll wash off the clay mask. As usual, my favorite part is the food and there is no better place for Mexican seafood cuisine than Rio Lagartos.
