La Paz city tour

La Paz is a charming city of La Paz and I love it for its fabulous sunsets and its picturesque boardwalk called malecón. In the afternoon when the malecón comes to life with many families, I'll take you on stroll alongside the bay of La Paz and unfold before you the city's long and fascinating history! The malecón's emblematic statues resemble essential aspects of the city's history and idiosyncrasy and I'll share my knowledge to bring the history back to life. To me, one of the most iconic places in La Paz is the old lighthouse, the monument of the pearl and the old customs pier because they relate directly to the town's foundation. I also love taking traveller to the main square of La Paz right in front of the cathedral which for me is sort of the "old town" and as I will share with you, many of La Paz' traditions are rooted here. You'll also visit the exhibition at the local Museum of Anthropology which I feel is an excellent introduction of what characterizes the state of Baja California Sur.
