Full Day Chichen Itza Wonderworld Tour

In this tour we will travel through three different important historical moments. Our first visit, the Chichen Itza world wonder, is a must see during your holidays! We start the tour early to avoid the crowds and heat, and travel to one of the most studied and emblematic places in the history of the mayan culture. As one of the three most visited sites of Mexico, Chichen Itza is still a puzzle and an enigma for modern scientists, where there are unsolved questions related to the architecture, the evidence of human sacrifies, south american gold, toltec culture influence and astronomical phenomena expressed on temples. After the visit to the site, we will have lunch at the colonial Valladolid. This town is a living example of the Spanish architecture, heritage of the colonial period and a great example of a typical Mexican town. After lunch we will visit a not crowed crystal clear cenote, to cool down and enjoy nature, and admire the geology related process that provide us from water all year long!
