Full Day Cenote Excursion and Medecine Ceremony

We will leave early to take advantage of the morning. After a 2 hour drive through several mayan villages, we reach the mayan comunnity of Tres Reyes, where we will learn a little about ancestral medicine and fauna and flora. After a short explanation regarding your mayan totem, instructions of the sweatlodge, we start the ceremony! Sweatlodge is called Temazcal here in Mexico. It is like a sauna but in a ritual way, where toxins are been sweated out and one's own energy is revitalized. It's a powerful tool for you to heal, get rid of anything you are willing to let go. Also you will get to try the heartmedicine: cacao. Cacao contains important benefits for your health. After the ceremony, you will get to try some of the traditional mayan dishes, cooked by a mayan woman from the community, like this you are supporting the local economy. There are vegetarian options. Once we are done with lunch, we go to a local cenote where we will take the time to enjoy and swim in its pure and magical crystal water.
