This 2-Day Tour is a unique chance to embrace a comprehensive vision of the Island of Martinique In the North the Tropical Forest flourishes, there loom mountains and volcanoes, while historical and patrimonial features are scattered everywhere The South houses whites-sanded coves, there grow hectares of sugarcane in large plantations that nurture the best rums of the Caribbean. In the Friendly South, landlords welcome the visitors in their private gardens For each day the duration of the tour is 7 hours
DAY 1 - THE NORTH We will meet in Fort-de-France, on the waterfront, by "Kiosque Guédon" Together we will enjoy : * The North Caribbean Coast and the coastal villages * The spot where C. Columbus and his crew set foot on the island * The Old Capital of Rum, now labeled "City of Arts and History" * Depaz Plantation and Distillery * Mount Pelé Volcano * A creole lunch on the flanks of the volcano * The Tropical Forest * Saut Gendarme Waterfall * The Sacred Heart of Balata DAY 2 - THE SOUTH We will meet at your hotel/accommodation if it is in the South, or in Fort-de-France for other hotel locations We will enjoy : * The Friendly town of Sainte-Luce and its sunny beaches * The Rebel town of Rivière-Pilote * A tour by train in a sugarcane plantation * La Mauny distillery and its beverages * Hospitality in a private Garden * Lunch at the landlord's table * Participating in a Creative Workshop * A stroll in the Coastal Forest (if we have time) The tour is customizable at your request.
