Local 'Festa' or Sunday Morning Culture Tour

Experience Malta's Sunday morning or Summer Festa culture with a local! Sundays & summer Festa are religious celebration per village! We start our day early with a quick overview around Malta's UNESCO World Heritage site, Valletta, its baroque architecture & views of the grand harbour with port cities naval history. We then head to the centre of the island to visit a local village life & church like locals do. Local villages are dressed with decorations and colourful festivals in summer. A must experience, only few see. In winter, every locality has its character and activities, you'll meet locals, hear ringing bells & visit the customary band clubs for meze & drinks. Then we head to panoramic stops and local towns with their fisherman market & Mediterranean cuisine or stop at a central town to experience olive oil tasting. You can add extra time for traditional lunch and an immersive experience of local celebrations at one of village Festa.
