Malta's Golden History Full Day Tour

This tour covers Malta's Highlights in a day where together we visit cities, Neolithic Temples and admire beautiful views of the landscape of the island. Our tour starts with Valletta, Malta's Capital City, built in 1566, a year after the Great Siege. The city built 'By Gentlemen for Gentlemen' and which is the oldest planned city in Europe being 400 years old. The tour of the city will take us past palaces, auberges and a garden with an amazing view of Malta's Natural Grand Harbour. Leaving Valletta, we the drive to the south west of Malta for a visit of the Neolthic Temples 'Hagar Qim' dating back to 3300BC. These are the oldest free stone standing temples in the world having the largest Megalith weighing 20 tons. Our next stop will be M'Xlokk fishing village where we shall stop for lunch, snack and also admire this colourful village. We then drive to the centre of Malta for a walking tour through the quaint narrow streets of Mdina, the medieval city also known as Citta Vecchia and the Noble City.
