On this tour, you will enjoy visiting Okinawan red-tiled roofed traditional houses in Kitanakagusuku Village and Ogimi Village, and admire the architecture that has painted the landscape so peaceful, pleasant and close to nature. (Morning) Visit the Nakamura House, a traditional Okinawan dwelling built around the middle of the 18th century. An excellent guide exclusively for the Nakamura House explains about the house from the perspectives of architects and residents. He even has guided professional architects there. (Lunch) Savor a tasty, healthy plant-derived food lunch consisting of 6 to 7 dishes at a local cafe "Yonna Cafe" in Kunigami Village, the neighboring village to Ogimi Village. (Afternoon) Visit the traditional house of 120 years old in Ogimi Village with a former teacher who taught students in the architecture department at a senior high school for 42 years, and have a talk with the resident. If we have some time left, I can show you around scenery spots in Ogimi Village.
