The "Non-Tour" of Local Kyoto

This tour doesn't go to ANY internationally famous spots! Instead, we avoid the crowds as much as possible, and go explore quaint local neighborhoods and locations where the Japanese just live their normal lives. We see where they shop. We might stop in a local restaurant or bar. Learn what it's actually like to live in "normal" Japan, instead of seeing only "tourist" Japan... Expect locals to stare a bit, since they don't expect tourists to be wandering around near their places! But they're usually quite happy to see us. Too much touring? Are you just "Templed-out?"
