Then visit Golden Pavilion to admire the magnificent reflection of its shape on the pond ( shiny ! with the sunset ). Or in south eastern Kyoto, you can enjoy photographing yourself through the tunnel of thousands of vermillion colored gates, to pray for your wish come true in Fushimi-inari shrine. Then visit Kiyomizudera temple and you will be amazed with the bird eyes view of beautiful Kyoto ( without high-rise, without chimney ) from the wooden terrace, built in hundreds years ago without nails.
