Discover the Mystical "Fire Ceremony", join me for a multisensory experience that brings you face-to-face with Shingon Buddhism at Fukagawa Fudo-do in Monzen-Nakacho. This ceremony immerses participants in an atmosphere of purification and meditation. Together, we’ll explore all four floors of this remarkable temple, from the stunning 9,500 crystal statues of Fudo Myo-o to the Meditation Hall dedicated to Dainichi Nyorai. Afterward, we’ll take a stroll through "Fukagawa Omotesando", a narrow street lined with traditional shops and restaurants. We’ll then visit Tomioka Hachimangu Shrine, a magnificent red-lacquered Shinto shrine with torii-lined pathways and a beautiful garden. Near the shrine, you’ll find the "Yokozuna Stone Monument", which displays the names of every "yokozuna" (grand champion) in sumo history. Finally, we’ll explore the "Fukagawa Edo Museum", a unique, immersive museum that recreates life during the Edo period (1603–1868). Contact me to learn more about this tour!
