Atomic Bomb Dome, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is the only building which remains as it was after the nuclear bomb was dropped on Hiroshima. While visiting the park and the museum, you will learn how the citizens picked themselves up from the ruins and rebuilt today's peaceful "City of Water". From the newly opened Orizuru Tower, you can have a birds-eye view of the Peace Memorial Park. Paper crane making experience to wish world peace will be a perfect ending for the tour. This tour is suitable for visitors who would like an overview of the city. I will give you the information about other recommended places, accesses and local foods you can try on your own after the tour or the next day.
Highlights includes: - Walking around the Peace Park: taking photos of Atomic Bomb Dome and Tower of One Thousand Paper Cranes - Going inside of Peace Memorial Museum - Stopping at Ground Zero (Hypocenter) - Going inside of Orizuru Tower: taking photos of the city and doing Origami folding experience Note: This is the standard itinerary. Please feel free to contact me to customise the tour according to your preferences.
