Fukuoka full-day tour, visiting Yusentei garden, Tochoji temple, canal city, and Kushida shrine by public transportation

You'll visit the Yusenten Japanese garden using a bus from JR Hakata station. The garden is a stroll-type garden with a quiet atmosphere since it is located a bit outskirt of downtown city. You can also enjoy drinking maccha green tea sitting on the floor (a chair is available if you feel uncomfortable sitting on tatami mats). A guide tells you how to drink it in a traditional way. Then you'll visit Tochoji temple originally built in early 9th century and restored in the 20th century. You can see one of the biggest sitting Buddhist stature inside the main hall. You have lunch (Tempura) near the Kushida shrine. The lunch place can be changed since the tempura restaurant closes on Sundays and holidays. After lunch, you'll visit Kushida shrine where the famous summer festival called Yamakasa festival is held. After the sightseeing, I'll introduce Kawabata shopping street and Canal City shopping mall.
