A walk through Spaccanapoli street to discover Neapolitan folklore and its stunning cultural heritage. Along this road, we will visit the mysterious Church del Gesù, the elegant Church of Santa Chiara and its colourful, vivid cloister, covered with yellow, green and blue tiles, called "riggiole". Silence, trees of oranges and ancient frescos will let us travel into the past.

The first part of the hike offers outstanding sightings of Praiano, Positano, Li Galli islets and Capri's island. Along the trail, elm and oak trees provide shade with hints of myrtle and juniper in the air.

I will teach you about this area's history, flora & fauna and I'll share some of our legends with you. During this guided hike, we'll meet a local shepherd for a Food Experience: besides tasting delicious vegetables from his garden, as well as cold cuts, will try some goat cheese, bruschetta with fresh tomatoes and a glass of home-made wine.

Let's sail for a couple of hours along the entire island coastline and, seas permitting, enjoy the visit of the caves of Capri, like the Blue Grotto, the Green Grotto, the Faraglioni rocks, the arch of Love and many others!

As a Blue Badge Guide, I'll be providing commentary on all the sites we come across as we go.

Obviously, there is going to be some time to enjoy swimming if you'd like to, so don't forget to bring your swimsuit!
