Looking for a special tour in Venice? Combining must-see sites and hidden corners, this Walking Tour takes you to the heart of the city in just four hours; giving you a broad overview of the history, culture and character of the Floating City. I will introduce you to the most famous buildings as the Doges' Palace, residence of the Doges and of the political institutions of the Republic of Venice. The building built between the 14th and 15th century, with its peculiar façade is the symbol of the good government of the "Serenissima", name gave to Venice during its golden age. You will see the St. Mark's Square, the Bridge of Sighs, the Bell and Clock Tower, the Rialto bridge and more. Away from the crowds, you'll be guided through the backstreets to explore the city's layout, discover its history and traditions, its products, food and wines from the closest areas. You will be immersed in its intimate atmosphere. The tour will end in a bacaro to let you feel like an authentic venitian!

The Bacaro is a traditional place where locals meet friends and that serve wine and cicheti, the traditional snacks such as meatballs, fish appetizers, fried vegetables and many more. NOTE: The itinerary can be customized according to your needs and requests In the museums, in the archaeological sites and in general in all the churches dress code for both men and women requires shoulders and knees to be covered. Shorts and skirts are fine, but below knees. Do not bring large items (e. g. large bags, backpacks, long umbrellas…) on tour because they are not permitted.
