Eat and Walk Turin - Food Tour

It's a hard job, but somebody has to do it: I have personally tested all of the places we'll visit during the food tour and you'll visit only to the ones that passed my test! Expect at least four stops to try Turin's specialties! Food choice depends on season and availability. A list of some of the possible tastings: Grissini breadsticks: invented in Turin, they're perfect with a glass of wine from Piedmont. Cheeses and salami from Piedmont: we have a wide array of local cheeses and meats. Tajarin: fresh egg pasta, we like to count the yolks per kg of flour, the more the merrier! Agnolotti: fresh pasta traditionally filled with meat and vegetables, served with the jus of roasted meat. Tartare: meat dish made from raw Piedmont beef meat, we call it "battuta", beaten, because it's minced by beating with the back of the knife. Bicerin: our traditional hot beverage with coffee, milk and chocolate of different textures, it's a journey in flavor. Artisanal chocolates: they're gonna make you go to heaven and back
