Ostia was an ancient roman city and the port of Rome, founded by Ancus Marcius the 4th King of Rome, the oldest archeological remains date back to 4th BC. Ostia had a golden age during the Roman Empire. During this walk you could clearly reconstruct what the cities were to be during the Roman Empire. There's a Roman theater still working, every summer is full of people and walk in the streets still well preserved between spas, shops and temples, is for me a great emotion!
