Orvieto and Civita di Bagnoregio Tour

Pick up at 8.00 from your hotel in Rome, we will reach Orvieto in less than two hours, after a good coffee we will visit the Cathedral of Orvieto, then a tour of Orvieto Underground (not mandatory) and after a walk through the center of Orvieto through the small streets where you discover beautiful views, then after a quick but good lunch and good wine we will go to Civita di Bagnoregio, we'll walk along a bridge to the main square of Bagnoregio and from there we will take walks inside the Borgo Civita The village is very picturesque and is located on top of a rocky outcrop eroded by time that rises above a vast canyon and is connected only by a pedestrian bridge. The village is disappearing and is known as “The Dying City”. Every year, five centimeters of rock falls into the ravine below and today it is inhabited by only a few people. By visiting Civita di Bagnoregio and walking through its streets, you can experience its unique atmosphere and its melancholic and poignant sense of abandonment.
