Discover Herculaneum and Archaeological Museum of Naples with Roberto your personal Archaeologist

With this great tour we will see the ancient city of Herculaneum and the artefacts buried by the eruption of the volcano Vesuvius in the 79 A. D. We'll start to see the roman shops, houses and sacred areas in Herculaneum. This city is smaller than Pompeii but probably it is better preserved. The tour will continue in Naples where we will go to admire the incredible collection of the National Archaeological Museum. This museum is one of the most important in all over the world. Here there are exhibited artefacts, frescoes and mosaics that the archaeologists have found in the different Vesuvian sites in about 300 years of digs. I'm going to offer my knowledge in the art-historical and archaeological field for anyone who wants to understand and investigate the incredible richness of this two jewels.
