Shore excursion: a full day tour in Naples

Naples is like a diamond, different "faces" and each face is different from the other ones. It's full of everything: history, archeology, modern art, traditions, castles, palaces, churches, food and much more. Naples is my city. I was born and raised here! First of all, you must see the historic centre! There are famous streets as Spaccanapoli, via San Gregorio Armeno (known because of the tradition of the Nativity scene, the "presepio"), the Cathedral and our patron saint San Gennaro and his miracle, churches and palaces. We visit Santa Chiara monastery, a good example of archeology, art and religion, it's very famous for its beautiful cloister. The seafront is simply amazing! From there you can admire the coast, islands included, the districts on the hills, Posillipo and Vomero, the Phlegrean fields (a volcanic area), Mount Vesuvius.
