In the area where I live, a walk far from the crowds of town along the pilgrimage route of the via Francigena. Discover the beauty of the Tuscan countryside where the glory of its medieval past is still present with castles, villages and ruins. See the Tuscany you wouldn't want to miss, pass through forest and fields, vineyards and olive groves from Siena to the imposing towers of the fortress of Monteriggioni. If you like, in Monteriggioni you can have a tasting of good local wines. We will meet out of town at the start point of the trek, where you can arrive by car/taxi, and end in Monteriggioni. If you don't have your own car, you can than decide to take the train, bus or taxi back to Siena. On request I can arrange transportation.
