Milano Canals District - a Navigli walking tour

Visit one of the most picturesque and lively area of Milan! Tha tour starts from the church of San Lorenzo and the "Colonne" area, one of the most ancient squares of the city. The basilica was originally built under the Romans and in its square we can see today some misterious ancient columns, a typical meeting point for milanese people looking for an aperitivo. We will continue along corso di Porta Ticinese and have a glance at the church of Sant'Eustorgio, to discover the relationship between Milan and the Three Wise Men. Just round the corner, we finally see the recently renovated Darsena, the ancient harbour of Milan, and stroll along the docks of the Navigli canals, to see the typical architecture of ancient milanese buildings and the romantic vicolo Lavandai.
