Full day culinary trip to Tuscany countryside from the port of Livorno

9:00 am A professional driver and Martina will pick you up inside the port of Livorno (where the ship docks) -Delightful drive to Tuscany countryside where you will reach an organic farm located in the medieval village of Vicopisano, near Pisa (it takes 45-60 minutes) -On the way there Martina will provide you interesting details on Tuscany history and traditions. 10:00 am Meet up with the farmer and guided tour of the vineyard and olive grove -Visit of the oil mill (the owner will give you details about the EVO oil making process) 12:00 am Delicious Tuscan Lunch, including an extra virgin olive oil tasting (you will learn how to distinguish good EVO oil from poor quality ones) while sitting either in the shaded patio (if the weather is good and warm) or in the owner's cosy Tuscan Kitchen! 2:00 pm Nice walk down to the medieval village of Vicopisano (on request, it is possible to visit also the Fortress). 3:30 pm The driver will pick you up and bring back to the port
