Uffizi Gallery and Florence Highlights - Half Day

We will take a short highlights walk through part of the historic city center to see the most important and beautiful monuments in Florence. This will also be a key to better understanding the art we'll see in the Uffizi. At the Uffizi Gallery, we will see a selection of paintings and sculptures that best exemplify the artistic world of Florence from Giotto to Caravaggio. Please note that the tour is not available on Mondays or "free days" at the Uffizi ( including the first Sunday of the month). In the case of "surprise strikes" or unprogrammed museum closings, I cannot guarantee entry to the museum. We can substitute a different venue to be agreed upon together or, when possible, we can go to the museum at a different time that day.
