As a food expert and Italian cooking instructor I am your best choice to introduce you to the Emilia Romagna regions, where some of the Italian foods are produced Parmigiano Reggiano Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena Prosciutto di Modena IGP
- Pick up at your hotel/apartment at 8. 30 a. m. - Modena. Through motorway A1 we will drive north. It will take about two hours, including stop on the motorway for coffee and restrooms. - Parmesan Cheese factory, visit of the premises and guided tour through the different production areas and final degustation of Parmesan Cheese different ageings + cold cuts and a glas of wine. - Aceto Balsamico producer: visit of the producer's house where Balsamic is made in the attic, explanation of the process and degustation of different Balsamic. - Lunch if wished. - Musa: museum of salumeria with guided tour. - Transfer back to Florence, your hotel/apartment. This itinerary is flexible. I will be happy to customise the tour for you!
