Cooking Class with Sea-View Over the Italian Riviera

We discover the little town of Recco, considered the gastronomic capital of Liguria. A beautiful village onto the sea. Here especially in winter many surfer meets to enjoy the beauty and strength of waves and one of the rare sandy beach of the Italian Riviera. During our walk, we get to know the life of the village. If it Sunday and tbe shops are closed we start our day visiting the tiny fishing village of Camogli and then we will reach the house. After shopping the fresh product of our territory, we head towards a typical traditional Genoese house by the sea. Here, in the garden overlooking the Bay of Friars, we will learn to cook some traditional dishes, we use only fresh and selected ingredients, in part cultivated organically by us in our garden. Sea bream in Ligurian style, focaccia di Recco, crozzetti in pesto sauce and much more, are part of our ancient culinary tradition and we love to share with you how to made it.
