Pompei -Stabiae archeological sites- Villa Grande al Belvedere cooking class, experience gourmet, Limoncello Tasting

Our day will start with the departure from the location. We will take you to Pompeii, where you will have the opportunity to visit the archaeological site for about 2 hours. Afterwards, we will move to Villa Grande al Belvedere, a beautiful estate with natural gardens located on a high hill from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Gulf of Naples. During lunch, (duration about 3 4 hours) you will enjoy a Neapolitan appetizer with the traditional Neapolitan pizzette di melanzane (small portions of pizza made with eggplants and other ingredients), cold cuts, mozzarella, local ricotta, tomatoes from Vesuvius, grilled vegetables, wood-fired bread and home-produced oil, all accompanied by excellent local wine. The same chef will teach you and you will prepare with your own hands, the famous gnocchi alla sorrentina, handmade tagliatelle with tomato sauce and Tiramisu. Finally, in front of a splendid panorama, we will taste the local dessert with Limoncello made with lemons from the Villa.
