Most people associate Ireland with Whiskey and Guinness, but in the last decade, some absolutely Delicious Irish Craft Gins have appeared! Join me on a pleasant stroll through Dublin's Fair City where we will stop off at some great bars to sample the different gins we have produced! If you'd like we can of course tackle the world famous Irish Whiskey, remember the Irish did it first! But with all our distilleries in Ireland, while we wait for the whiskey to age. . . we craft excellent gins! I will take you to bars away off the tourist track and introduce you to the places us locals like to hang out. To soak up the gin, we can explore some of iconic Dublin pub snacks or stop for a hearty lunch to line the stomachs! As we make our way around the city, we will explore Ireland and Dublin's history! I'll give you our background, show you some of our best sites and tell you personal stories! You'll feel like you've come out for drinks with an old friend! See you there!
Any tour that involves booze and food in Ireland. . . needs a fairly flexible itinerary. This Irish are not great for making plans. . it's more just a . . . 'see where the day goes'. I like to give you the option of seeing how you feel on the day, so we might plan for 3 pubs and a quick lunch stop, but if you find your enjoying one venue and want to stay on a bit longer, then we have those options as well. Basic Itinerary could include : *Meet at Dublins most famous fish seller 'Molly Malone *Explore Dublins 'creative quarter and head for the first gin tasting with a toastie in Grogans to line the stomachs *Take in Trinity College Dublin and zig zag our way across the River taking in History *Have a wander through Temple Bar and find one of the quieter pubs to taste our next Gin *Continue on to Medival Dublin to learn about our viking beginnings *Head to Dublins oldest suburb 'The Liberties" for the final gin! Leaving you near the Guinness storehouse to carry on your day!
