Cliffs of Moher and Wild Atlantic Way from Killarney to drop off in Galway

The Cliffs of Moher is one of the top visitor attractions in Ireland, travel the Wild Atlantic Way and finish up in Galway or you can do the tour in reverse starting in Galway and finishing in Killarney. I start as always with a bonus stop at Aghadoe Overlook, an area just outside Killarney with magnificent views. We move on towards Tarbert where we get the ferry across the River Shannon, the largest river in England, Scotland, Ireland or Wales. We travel along the coast on The Wild Atlantic Way passing through Kilkee, Doonbeg, Quilty Spanish Point, Lehinch before passing through Liscannor and arriving at The Cliffs of Moher where we have a light snack. We have ample time here to stroll along the pathway, take photographs and learn more about the Cliffs at the visitor centre. We leave the cliffs and pass through Doolin where we stop for Lunch. Passing Ballyvaughan and Kinvara, Oranmore before we visit the beautiful city of Galway where Columbus once visited.
