Discover Balinese life with a market visit, shopping for fresh food. Meet the village locals and learn about their way of life. Start the day by visiting a traditional market in Bali. It is a visit to the local morning market for an authentic Balinese market experience. Then the next stop is a visit to rice cultivation at one of the villages where tourists don't normally have access. Here, you can learn about The Balinese Subak irrigation system, the conventional water management method for rice fields in Bali, an organization owned by the farmers in Bali that specifically regulates water management or watering systems. We will continue the tour with a visit to a local Elementary school where you can meet Balinese children at their school. We will mediate you to interact with children in the class, you can give short English lesson or just play education game with them. Lastly, visit a less known traditional weaving method, a village off the beaten track. Head back to the hotel.
