Pushkar is one of the holiest towns in India and you will experience the wonder of India's culture and traditions on this private walking tour of Pushkar. The Ghats (steps leading into the lake) provide a vital link between the Lake and Temples, and are used by pilgrims to bathe. There are 52 Ghats surrounding the lake and includes Gau Ghat, where some of Mahatma Gandhi's and Jawaharlal Nehru's ashes were scattered. Experience with me a prominent Hindu pilgrimage town humming with puja (prayers), bells, drums and devotional songs. Around 400 milky-blue temples, quirky markets and numerous restaurants and coffee shops define the life and identity of Pushkar. It's an amalgamation of religious and tourist scenes This private tour can be customized as per your requirements.
-You will be picked up from your hotel in Jaipur by an air conditioned innova car & enjoy morning drive to Pushkar (Approx. 3. 5 hours) -We would be driving through a valley with winding roads for about 30 mins just before we arrive to Pushkar -On arrival to Pushkar we will stop for a drink by Pushkar lake. Please note that drinks are not included in the tour cost -We will walk around the spiritual lake and pass through temples, small shrines, people bathing and local markets -After our walking tour of Pushkar town we will travel back to Jaipur by private Innova car (Approx. 3. 5 hours) -You will be dropped off back to your hotel
