Visit the highlights of Honduras. Get to know the capital of Honduras, Tegucigalpa. Travel to the UNESCO World Heritage, Copan Ruinas. Swim in the pristine clear waters of the Caribbean Ocean in Roatan, Bay Islands.
We begin in Tegucigalpa, we will depart early to Copan Ruins, its approximately an 8 hour drive from Tegucigalpa. When we arrive we will go straight to do our check in at the hotel and then check town and the surroundings. Next day we go to the Archeological Park of Copan Ruins with the company of a local tourguide of the park. Then we will have time to visit another archaeological site less visited by tourists, called Las Sepulturas. Optionally, we could have time to visit a spot for sunset. Next day we depart early to La Ceiba, where we board the Ferry to the island of Roatan. We arrive at approximately 6pm to Roatan Island. Next day we will take a snorkeling trip to Blue Channel and West Bay, then we go back to West End in the late afternoon to enjoy our last night in Roatan. Alternatively, we can take a flight from San Pedro Sula to save 5 hours of driving. Next day we depart back to Tegucigalpa or we can drive you to Palmerola International Airport.
