This tour is a great chance to taste local products.Starting with a tour to the traditional olive press at Eggares where we ll taste different varieties of olive oil and olives, taste local liqueurs (Kitro) and drinks (raki, wine etc). Try unique recipes made by locals in the island's mount zone . You can have local Naxian dairy products like cream goat cheese, famous Naxos graviera cheese, meat, vegetables and many more. Have the chance to eat in the marble village , Apeiranthos , locals favourite place to eat. Travelling a lot around the island, I had the chance to discover places, restaurants, unique traditional caffes (Kafenia as local used to call them). Naxos , my loving island, is full of "hidden gems" in terms of special food taste and drinks that you cant find anywhere else in the world! We'll have the chance to see places less known by most of the travellers here and taste home made food
