In-depth Berlin Museum Island

Berlin Museum Island is one of the most important cultural sites in Europe. It is home to five world-renowned museums, all of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The island is a must-see for any visitor to Berlin, as it provides a stunning insight into the city's rich cultural heritage, as well as its royal past as the capital of the Prussian capital. We will also get to know THE STARCHITECT of 19th century Berlin, the one and only - Karl Friedrich Schinkel, who has an unprecedented contribution to the city's appearance and character. I Hold a master's degree in "Public Art" from the Bauhaus University Weimar and will share my knowledge to provide you with deeper insight of the exhibits. * Please note that This tour focuses on the exteriors of the Museum Island's sites, telling the stories behind the buildings, architects, curators, monarchs and the political intrigues between them. We will not enter the exhibitions themselves, therefore no entry tickets are required.
