When I was a child I used to visit my grandparents every summer. I was always amazed when we were Driving through The fertile valleys and protective slopes of the Transcaucasia which is the home of grapevine cultivation and neolithic wine production for at least 8, 000 years. My Grandfather was a true Kakhetian, and as a true Kakhetian he was a great home winemaker. I used to help him in harvesting grapes and in the processing of making wine almost every year. At night when all work was done, they were sitting at the table (Supra ), sharing secrets of the winemaking, singing traditional songs, telling the stories about our great country and its great people, and drinking the toasts. I was feeling that part of my soul and imagination was traveling in the past centuries. All those memories inspire me to share my knowledge and culture with other nations.
