Pont du Gard, Nîmes & Orange full day tour

Admire the twice millenium bridge "Pont du Gard" build by the Romans and enjoy a stunning sightseeing tour of Nîmes and Orange. Orange, nicknamed the City of Princes, is a crossing point for the north, Spain or Italy, in the heart of a rich agricultural region, makes it a prime location for the Romans from which finds many vestiges, mainly around the Saint-Eutrope hill and the old theater. Continue to The Pont du Gard, a Roman aqueduct with three levels probably built in the first half of the 1st century to ensure the continuity of the Roman aqueduct who drove water from Uzès to Nîmes. Last but not least explore Nîmes, an important outpost during the Roman Empire. It is known for its well-preserved monuments, such as the Nîmes Arena, a two-storey amphitheater built around AD 70, still in use for concerts and bullfights.
