Le Havre by Bike - an Active Way to Discover a Modern City

From the moment I learned how to ride a bike when I was young, I never stop using this way of transport to go to college, work, or meeting my friends. . . Apart from guided tours, actually I try to ride everywhere with my family whenever I can. I think it is the best way to explore my city and I would be happy to take you with me to enjoy this special moment. Did you know Le Havre is very favorable to greet riders as it's all flat and there are a lot of bike tracks? In a few pedal rides we go from a port landscape (the historic port of Le Havre is close to the city center) to a seaside landscape, to the villas of the Belle Epoque, which have survived the destruction of the city, then to the architecture so modern due to the reconstruction. And for those who would be ready for a more sporting adventure, I'd be happy to take you to one of my favorite places: a stronghold that offers a scenic view above the city from the hill, reachable thanks to a funicular that I use almost every day to go to work!
