Churute Wildlife Wonders and Cocoa Creations Experience

Get ready for an adventure! We’re kicking things off in the morning at Churute Mangrove Reserve. This is one of the last surviving coastal rainforests and mangroves on the planet. Our visit is divided into two exciting parts. First, we'll explore the Estuary, hop on a motorboat, and cruise through the breathtaking mangroves. Keep your eyes peeled for some amazing wildlife! Then, we’ll embark on the Howler Monkey Route, a short but thrilling trail walk through a tropical dry forest. If lucky, we might spot some howler monkeys hanging out in the trees. Next up, we’re heading to a cacao farm! Here, you’ll get a hands-on experience learning about the entire cocoa bean process—from the initial planting stages to the final product ready to be exported or turned into delicious chocolate.
