Charming maritime village Dragør - Jewish Rescue - Half day heritage tour in a private vehicle

You will learn about the time when Dragør was an important fishing village to a sleeping beauty that was awakened, including its role in the incredible role of Jewish Danes during World War II. We will also have a look into the "Goose Republic" - and hear about the long tradition in Dragør for raising geese - a tradition which has passed down from father to son. Returning to Copenhagen, we drive through the new suburb of Ørestad with its state-of-the-art sustainable architecture and buildings by renowned architects.
