During 5-day professional genealogical research, I will find for you all the relevant facts and information of your ancestral roots I can find about your ancestry in local archives. With this fully individual research, you'll get to discover what life of your family in Bohemia/Czech Republic was really like back in the day, learn about the history of the town and region where your family had lived. You will learn what had led your ancestors to emigrate to the USA in the 19th century. In order to maximize the success of the research, I will need your assistency in order to send me as much information that you have on your ancestors. After finishing the survey we can plan a visit of the towns where your ancestors came from. This potential tour will be the subject of a separate booking and is created counting the distance of the visited places and the number of people in the group. This ancestral tour can be ordered even without prior research if you already know where your ancestors lived. Ask me for details!
In order to find out as much as possible about your ancestors I need to know most accurate datas. Sending as much initial information as possible about the member(s) of your family who came to the US back in the day will be helpful for finding more details. - full name of your ancestor or variants of his/her name used by your family - date of birth as precise as possible - place of birth, a town, region - faith/religion - any document of your ancestor, such as their passport, marriage license or birth certificate which might help to find the starting point - existing pedigree starting with your Czech ancestor or family history I can draw from, family account at Ancestrydotcom Within 5-day survey I will create family tree on the Czech side based on documented facts from Czech archives and parish record books going several generations back. All found documents you will get as well translated into english.
