Nicosia and Lefkara Village Tour

We will discover the Capital of Cyprus just in the middle of the island the biggest town, the only European divided Capital. First, we will pass along the Venetian Walls surrounding the old city, to see Famagusta gate-the best good, preserved Venetian monument. Then we will visit St. John Cathedral with wallpaintings next to the Archbishop Palace. Stroll through the old neighborhood of Laiki Geitonia, walk along the pedestrian Ledra's Street down to the Green Line pass through the checkpoint control (passport are required from non-Europeans) into the Northern part to visit the Frankish Cathedral of St. Sofia and BougounHann and have a coffee break or lunch in the old quarter. Then have a look the Archaeological Museum of Cyprus to admire its treasures (richest pottery collection in the world). Then I will drive you to the old hill village of Lefkara listed heritage architecture world renowned for its handicrafts. Also, you can taste the famous sweets Loukoumi delicious delight. Back(return) to Limassol.
