Welcome to Cyprus. Together we will explore the green part of Cyprus including wine villages. Firstly we will visit the typical traditional village Lania with plenty of painting studios, old houses and working shops like: shoemaker, wine press and barber shop. Then I will take you to the popular hill resort of Troodos area called Platres to see a trout farm with plenty of typical small hotels where Faruk the last King of Egypt used to spend his holidays every summer. At the end we will explore Omodos village visiting the Holy Cross Monastery, the wine press called Linos and if we have free time we can go shopping, wine tasting and coffee break. Then we will return to the port.
-Meeting point: Limassol hotel area or harbor -Drive to Lania village -Leave for Platres village and Omodos village -Visit the picturesque Omodos village famous for its excellent wines and local products the 5th old Monastery of the Holy Cross and the traditional wine press -Shopping or coffee break -Return to Limassol We will spend approximately 1,5 hours driving and approximately 2.5 hours exploring in Lania village, Troodos area and Omodos village. I will rent any available kind of car - fully air-conditioned. If the passengers number is above 4, then there is an extra charge for a car, minibus, or jeep rental. I have international, professional driving license so I will always be the driver for any car.
