Kyrenia is north of the island. You have to drive through the 'Kyrenia Mountain Range' to see the most interesting Abbey called 'Bellapais Monastery'. 'Kyrenia Castle' is located in Kyrenia harbor which will be our second stop of the day and, you will see the Shipwreck Museum. After a short walk in the harbor to feel like a local, we drive to the capital of the island known as Nicosia/ Lefkosa / Lefkosia. We'll enter the walled city of Nicosia from Kyrenia Gate. The Venetian Column, St. Sophia Cathedral, and Buyuk Han are the fascinating sights we'll see in Nicosia. You will have some free time to take photos and shop at the local market. So come with me to explore these two beautiful cities, my favorites in one day.
