Nice to meet you! I'm Romina, a local guide with much of experience, personal development and fun...

Pula is the largest town in Istria but its long history, written all over its architectural remains and monuments, is what makes you fall in love with it. A lionhearted town that went from being a military harbor, base, and shelter, to a place where, today, five thousand people listen to their favorite artists and watch movies in the Roman amphitheater. Join me on this tour and explore the traces of the many empires that used to rule here, dive deeper into ancient history, and roam around the arena where gladiators used to fight. We'll grab a coffee at Forum Square to chat more, and see the Temple of Augustus and the Hercules Gate on our way there. After the tour, I guarantee you'll know how the city was built from the ground up but also where to grab a traditional bite or refreshment without my help!
• Roman Amphitheater and sightseeing tour (approx. 45 minutes to 1 hour) • Porta Gemina (Twin Gate) • Hercules Gate • Arch of the Sergii • City walls • Temple of Augustus • Roman mosaic • Free time for lunch • Departure from Pula to Rovinj If you wish to customize this tour, feel free to reach out.
